May was a vibrant and productive month across the ESOFT Metro Campus branch network, bringing together students and communities through a variety of educational, professional, and social initiatives.
At the Galle Branch, students expanded their global business knowledge through the session Cultural Differences & Investing in BRICS Countries and enhanced their employability skills during a Mock Interview Session. Students also demonstrated environmental responsibility by participating in a Beach Cleanup Initiative at Jungle Beach.
The Kurunegala Branch focused on career development and awareness through the Future Career Pathways Workshop, Student Training Workshop for Cyber Security, and Strengthening Justice Through Education. The branch also proudly supported local sports by sponsoring Maliyadeva Rugby.
In Batticaloa, students benefited from the Mental Health & Psychosocial Support for ESOFT Youths program, which promoted wellbeing and resilience. Participants also explored emerging technologies during an IoT Workshop and showcased their teamwork during Turf Titans Indoor Cricket 2026.
Meanwhile, the Negombo Branch encouraged innovation and creative thinking through Business Without Frontiers: Showcasing Global Innovation and MINDMATRIX Ideathon 2026. Students also received valuable guidance on planning their future careers through the Career Guidance Session: Shaping Future Success.
At the Matara Branch, the Groomed to Lead: Building Confidence and Future Leaders program inspired students to develop leadership skills, improve communication, and build self-confidence.
