The fourth and final day of ESOFT Metro Campus Diploma Awards 2026 brought the four-day celebration at BMICH, Colombo, to a memorable close, with three sessions dedicated to Diploma graduates.

Day 04 marked an important milestone for students who successfully completed their Diploma programmes. For the graduates, it was a celebration of their hard work and dedication. For their parents and families, it was a proud moment to see their achievements recognised on the graduation stage.

The ninth session recognised the first group of Diploma graduates and was graced by Nevindaree Premarathne, Founder and CEO of The Makers Global, as Chief Guest. The ceremony highlighted the importance of a Diploma qualification as a strong foundation for further education and professional development.

The tenth session continued the celebrations for another group of Diploma graduates, with Madusanka Premaratne, Founder and CEO of Knovik Private Limited, Sri Lanka, and Knivok LLC, Dallas, Texas, attending as Chief Guest. His presence reflected the growing connection between education, entrepreneurship and the global professional environment.

The eleventh and final session brought the four-day graduation programme to its conclusion. The session celebrated another group of Diploma graduates and was graced by Kushan Amarasinghe, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Finagle Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, as Chief Guest.

As the final graduates crossed the stage, the occasion marked the completion of four consecutive days of graduation celebrations at BMICH. Across 11 sessions held over four days, ESOFT  Graduation 2026 brought together students from a wide range of academic pathways, including Diploma, HND, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

While each session celebrated different groups of students and welcomed distinguished guests, together they reflected the diverse academic journeys of the Class of 2026. Each graduate reached the stage through their own combination of dedication, challenges and determination.

The success of Graduation 2026 was also made possible by the support of parents and families, lecturers, academic teams, administrative staff, university leadership, industry representatives and all those who contributed throughout the students’ academic journeys.

As the final ceremony came to an end, graduates left BMICH with more than the recognition received on stage. They also carried the knowledge, skills and experiences gained throughout their studies as they prepare for the next chapter of their academic and professional lives.

For some, the journey will continue with higher-level academic qualifications, while others will move into employment, entrepreneurship or new professional opportunities.

ESOFT  congratulates all graduates and award recipients of Graduation 2026 and extends its appreciation to the families, academics, industry representatives, university leadership and staff who shared in this important celebration.

The four days of ceremonies may have come to an end, but for the Class of 2026, a new chapter has only begun.
