ESOFT Metro Campus Jaffna successfully organised its Annual Outbound Leadership Training Programme for Diploma students on 9 March at the Jaffna Thiruvalluvar Cultural Centre. The event brought students together for a day of engaging activities designed to develop leadership skills, encourage teamwork and build confidence.

The programme provided students with an opportunity to step outside their usual classroom environment and take part in practical learning experiences. Through a series of team-building exercises, group challenges and interactive activities, participants were encouraged to communicate effectively, work together and develop problem-solving skills.

One of the key highlights of the event was the enthusiastic participation of students, who demonstrated teamwork, creativity and leadership throughout the activities.
