Are you passionate about representing ESOFT and making a difference in the student community? We are looking for Student Ambassadors from our Kandy, Jaffna, and Colombo branches to join our exciting new program.

The Student Ambassador Program at ESOFT is a prestigious initiative exclusively available to students at ESOFT Colombo, Kandy, and Jaffna branches. Designed to empower participants with leadership, communication, and networking skills, the program offers ambassadors the opportunity to represent ESOFT at events, engage with prospective students, and contribute to a dynamic and inspiring campus community. This volunteer-based program runs for one year, with renewal options based on performance. Upon completion, ambassadors will receive a Certificate of Recognition and timely rewards for their valuable contributions.

As a Student Ambassador, you will have the chance to:

• Develop leadership skills and enhance your resume
• Promote events, programs, and initiatives at your branch
• Create engaging content for social media platforms
• Network with industry professionals and fellow students
• Make a real impact within the student community
• Be the face of ESOFT and build your personal brand

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing university events (Open Days, Info Sessions, launch events).
• Promote events via word-of-mouth and digital channels.
• Create and share engaging social media content.
• Mentor and guide prospective students.
• Represent ESOFT at exhibitions and outreach events.
• Handle basic admin tasks (data entry, record management).
• Participate in leadership training and professional development.
• Greet attendees, distribute materials, and provide event guidance.
• Support student engagement and school outreach.
• Help new students with orientation and campus integration.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a current student at ESOFT (Kandy, Jaffna, or Colombo branch)
• Active participation in extracurricular activities or sports (school time or at ESOFT)
• Strong social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
• Passion for representing ESOFT and engaging with the community
