We are on the lookout for student counsellors to join our dynamic team at EOSFT. Student counsellors are responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents in selecting a suitable program for the students to achieve their dreams.

The Job

• Handling queries from customers and prospective students and providing them with proper guidance.
• Handling student registrations.
• Follow up with student queries received from the call center, social media, and other sources.
• Maintaining up-to-date information regarding class schedules and payment structures for all our programs.
• Meeting monthly and annual assigned KPIs.

The Person 

• Graduates, students after A/L willing to pursue a career in the sales or education industry.
• Exceptional communicational skills.
• Quick learner with outstanding selling abilities.
• Self motivated and demonstrate strong instincts to convince prospective customers.
• Excellent team player.
