primary goal of the BA Marketing course is to provide students with a solid
conceptual and practical contemporary grounding in key theories and practices
of marketing while exploring and challenging both old and new ideas in fields
like digital marketing, global marketing brand management, customer
relationship marketing, marketing analytics, driving innovation in marketing,
management across cultures, etc. The course aims to prepare students for a
career by allowing them to specialize in a marketing function like research,
communications, or brand management; in a type of marketing like product,
service, consumer, or business to business (B2B); or within a sector like
fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), financial services, public, not-for-profit,
or entertainment – in national and international contexts.
