Business Development Executive
Available in Colombo, Jaffna and Trincomalee branches.
Job Description:
- Visit recommended establishments to generate leads, do promotions etc.
- Cold calling potential customers and selling the ESOFT Products/Services.
- Researching the target market and finding potential schools/institutions to target.
- Attending meetings with potential direct/indirect customers and closing deals.
- Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
- Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the branch manager.
- Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the Branch Manager.
- Entering all required data for sales onto the company system.
- Updating the CRM and inputting information on customers.
- Following up with past customers and cross selling products.
- Aiding Student Counselors when needed.
- Following up on leads generated by other departments/sections.
- Investigating and resolving queries from customers.
Job Specification:
- A professional qualification in Business Management or Marketing
- Pleasant, Self – confident and outgoing personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory. However, proficient in all 3 languages are preferable.
- Ability to work independently with positive attitude to work.
- Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
