This document outlines the account deletion policy for the ESOFT Digital Campus app (available on Google Play. The App is developed and maintained by ESOFT Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. By using the App and its services, you agree to abide by this account deletion policy.
2. Account Deletion Request
To request the deletion of your account associated with the App, please follow these steps:
• If the student has no active course in the ESOFT Digital Campus Users who wish to delete their account should send an account deletion request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org to mentioning, there Student ID
3. Account Deletion Process
1. Identity Verification: When we receive a request for account deletion, we prioritize the security of your account. To ensure the authenticity of the request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity. This step is crucial for protecting your account and its data. Once your identity is successfully confirmed through our verification process, we will proceed with the account deletion as requested. This streamlined process emphasizes the importance of identity verification as the initial step to ensure account security before initiating the deletion process.
2. Completion of Course: If a student successfully completes the course, after a period of 3 months, the platform will send a notification email to the student’s email account to inform them about their account’s status. Presumably, this email will confirm the deletion process.
3. Dropping the Course: If a student drops the course, after 3 months of inactivity, the platform will send a notification email to the student’s email account. This email will inform the student about the account’s status and the upcoming automatic deletion of the account.
Please note the following:
Your account deletion may not be immediate, and it may take some time to complete.
After your account is deleted, all associated data, including your personal information and usage history, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Any purchases or subscriptions made within the App may be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
You will no longer have access to any content or services provided by the App.
